Customer Notice

We will keep all scheduled services and time slots for guests. For cancelations or overtime bookings, please inform us in advance.
If you’ve had a great treatment experience with one of our technicians and would like to book them again, just let our front desk staff know as you reserve your next appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you!
If you have any special circumstances or conditions, such as pregnancy, injuries, headache, skin diseases, etc., please let the technician know before your massage. We will take extra care not to discomfort you.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your technician, please immediately inform the front desk within 10 minutes. We will provide you with a new technician and listen to your feedback — it’s very important to us to understand any shortcomings so we can continuously improve our services.
All cancellation made within two hours prior to massage are non refundable
